Who can access the services?

We are a free, city centre based, city wide service available to all young people aged 14 - 25 years.

How can the services be accessed?

Our Counselling, Information and Advocacy Service is open at the following times:

Monday, Tuesday and Friday 10.00 am to 4.00pm

Thursday 11.00 - 5.30pm

We are an open-access service and a young person can engage with us simply by walking through the door. Alternatively, you can make an appointment by calling us on 01482 221416 or by emailing us at

We are based in the centre of Hull and provide a free open-access drop-in service in addition to scheduled appointments.
