Who can access the services?

We are a free, city centre based, city wide service available to all young people aged 14 - 25 years.

How can the services be accessed?

Our Counselling, Information and Advocacy Service is open at the following times:

Monday, Tuesday and Friday 10.00 am to 4.00pm

Thursday 11.00 - 5.30pm

We are an open-access service and a young person can engage with us simply by walking through the door. Alternatively, you can make an appointment by calling us on 01482 221416 or by emailing us at counselling@thewarren.org

We are usually able to make an appointment for someone within a week.

Where?

We are based in the centre of Hull and provide a free open-access drop-in service in addition to scheduled appointments.
