About

Advice Forward Partnership

The Partnership for people seeking advice:

The Hull & East Riding Advice Forward Partnership is a partnership of not-for-profit agencies providing legal advice in social welfare law across our region.

Click here to see all the advice providers in the partnership.

We share expertise to improve access to advice, help advice agencies work together to improve the referral process between local advice agencies, and improve access to self help materials for those who just want information to take their own action without advice.

The Partnership for Advice Providers:

The  Partnership works together to improve access to high quality, independent advice in Hull and East Riding, and to influence social policy and funding developments at local and national levels. We achieve this by working collaboratively to improve communication, quality, and the sharing of best practice. We make joint funding applications and campaign for change to improve the lives of out clients and communities.

We want to be a resource for not-for-profit advice providers in the region to share learning and build capacity.

Partners attend meetings and gain access to:

  • A page on the public facing website for Associates detailing the services available
  • Coordinated regional campaigns platform for Associates to feed in on issues affecting residents.
  • Access to an interagency digital referral tool allowing Associates to make and receive referrals
  • Training opportunities
